Example 2 is really dependant on your own personal tastes and requirements - and each is different.
When building a sauna, there are several costs and factors to consider. The cost of materials, labour and permits (if required). Electrics, timber types and heater. It's important to set a budget and stick to it.
Also think about does the sauna room or space need to be built from new, or has a room already been allocated. For example, an outbuilding in the garden, or the use of a spare bedroom inside the home.
Additionally, think about the size and location of the sauna, and its intended use by the number of users.
